Hey everyone, it’s Tom Sye your Police Marketing FTO,and this week, we’re talking gratitude and why you are so important to me.  Look, I know it’s Thanksgiving Day and you’re taking time away from it to read this newsletter and gain even more recruiting knowledge…and believe you me, I love doing that for you. 💯

But today, I just want to simply take a minute to say…thank you. 🙏

Thank you for supporting me.  Thank you for being a loyal reader of this publication.   Thank you for believing in me and genuinely trying the things I have been teaching you.  Thank you for your questions, for your comments, and for forwarding these newsletters to your staff when they strike a chord and help you prove a point. 💡

Thank you for all the stories you email me.  Thank you for the challenges you present to me.  Thank you for sharing your frustrations, your angst, and when things go right, your wins with me.  And thank you for returning the favor of shooting me straight. 🗣️🚫🐂

Most importantly, I want to thank you for being a part of this police marketing revolution.  Without you, this thing doesn’t exist, and I’d be sitting in my office still wondering what role I can play to help fix things. 🤔

Dawn and I wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings and hope you enjoy this special day with your family and friends in gratitude. 🙌
