Hey everyone, it’s Tom Sye your Police Marketing FTO,and this week, and this week I don’t want to take up a whole lot of your time…I just wanted to jump on here, wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday season wherever you are and whatever you a celebrating. 🎄

Dawn and I will be spending this day with our adult children who no longer race into our bedroom to tell us Santa came but are still just as cute as ever when opening their presents.  I hope today brings you some wonderful moments, some great memories, and a nice dose of positivity as we take a break from all the stressors in our lives. 🎁

Looking ahead, with the year wrapping up, I want you to know, I’ve got a ton planned for 2026 and I’m super excited about what’s coming next!  With that though, I don’t want to leave you out of the planning process, as this newsletter, this company and this mission has always been about you… and changing the future of police recruiting together. 💯

So, for next week’s edition, I’ll be sending my annual Marketing ‘For Cops’ Readers Survey to give you an opportunity to help shape future editions and ensure I’m teaching you the stuff you want to learn! 🙌
