Hey everyone, it’s Tom Sye your Police Marketing FTO, and first things first, Dawn and I would like to wish you a very Happy New Year.  Can you believe it’s 2026?!?!  It seems so futuristic, doesn’t it? 🤯


Well, as we officially turn the page and head into the new year, I’ve got to tell you…I’m super excited about what’s ahead. I’ve got a ton planned, a lot of it already in the works, and even more I’m looking forward to sharing with you as the year progresses.  This is shaping up to be a big year for our training company, which is really good news for you! 🙌


Now…before I start rolling any of that out, I think I’ve got a pretty good feel for it, but I want to make sure I’m building all of it with you in mind. 🫵


Every year, I send out this survey for one simple reason. I want to know what you actually want to learn about police recruiting…so I can teach it to you!  For that, I’ve put together a super short, very straight-forward reader survey that will help me shape the videos, newsletters, and training courses I create here in 2026. 📝


It won’t take you long at all to fill out and if you give me just a few minutes of honest input I’ll make sure to deliver on the topics, challenges, and questions you need answers to!  Deal? 🤷‍♂️
